I don't start with solutions. I start with questions.
Before I touch your systems, I want to understand how you think — what you've already tried, why you were doing it the old way, what "better" actually looks like for your business specifically. A lot of consultants will hand you a framework and disappear. That's not what I do.
I dig in. I get to know your business the way you know it. And then I build something that fits — not a template, not a best practice copy-paste, but a system that actually works for the way you and your team operate day to day.
The strategy session is just the beginning. I'm in it with you until it works.

Discovery
We start with a conversation. I want to understand how you think, what you've already tried, and what better actually looks like for your business. No pitch, no agenda — just listening.

Audit
A structured deep-dive into your tools, your manual work, and where things are slipping. Within 48 hours you get a written report: what I found, what I'd fix, and exactly what it would take to get there.

Implementation
I build the actual thing — not a deck of recommendations, the system itself. Hands-on until it's live and working the way it should.

Ongoing Support
I don't disappear after handoff. I stay available, make adjustments, and keep things running as your business evolves. The goal is systems that work long after our engagement ends.
