A little about me

I spent nine years inside startups — the kind where things move fast, the rules are still being written, and the work you do in year one shapes everything that comes after.

I joined companies at their Angel rounds and stayed through Series A. I came in at Series B and watched the team triple by Series C. I was there through acquisitions. Across all of it, I was in customer success and account management — building programs from scratch, designing the processes and playbooks that helped those businesses scale, and learning what it actually takes to make operations work when you're growing faster than your systems.

What I figured out along the way is that I'm wired for the build phase. The messy, figuring-it-out, getting-from-A-to-B work is where I come alive. Once things settle into status quo, I start looking for the next problem to solve. Fractional consulting turned out to be a perfect fit — I get to do the part I'm best at, for founders who need it most, over and over again.

How I work

I don't start with solutions. I start with questions.

Before I touch your systems, I want to understand how you think — what you've already tried, why you were doing it the old way, what "better" actually looks like for your business specifically. A lot of consultants will hand you a framework and disappear. That's not what I do.

I dig in. I get to know your business the way you know it. And then I build something that fits — not a template, not a best practice copy-paste, but a system that actually works for the way you and your team operate day to day.

The strategy session is just the beginning. I'm in it with you until it works.
